Let us register our bikes!
The City LGU is currently conducting in the City Gym up to the 25th of this month its one-stop shop services for renewal of licenses and vehicle registration. Let us register our bicycles and be counted. If only all cyclists and bike-commuters in Surigao would register their HPVs, then perhaps the local politicians would realize that we are one big voting block they can't ignore. It would then be easier for us to propose projects that will benefit the pedaling masses.
